1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the booking of tours offered through it (“Website”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or book any tours.

2. About Us

We are a tour operator providing guided tours and travel experiences. All tours published on the Website are operated directly by us, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

3. Eligibility

By using this Website and booking a tour, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or booking on behalf of a minor for whom you are legally responsible.

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

  • All information provided during booking is accurate and complete.

 

 

4. Description of Services

The Website allows users to view, request, and book guided tours.

We offer:

  • Instant bookings, which are confirmed immediately upon successful payment.

  • Request-based bookings, which require confirmation by us before becoming final.

A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation by email.

 

 

5. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in [ILS /$US other currency if applicable].

  • Prices include only the services explicitly listed in the tour description.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

  • Full payment is required to confirm a booking, unless stated otherwise.

 

 

6. Cancellations and Refund Policy

​

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refunds will be provided in accordance with these Terms and applicable Israeli consumer protection laws.

The following cancellation fees apply based on the time of cancellation before the scheduled tour date:

  • More than 30 days before the tour:
    A refund of the amount paid, minus 5%, representing reasonable administrative and processing expenses.

  • 14–30 days before the tour:
    A refund of 50% of the total booking price.

  • 72 hours or less before the tour date, or in case of no-show:
    No refund, except where mandatory under applicable law.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time.​

 

 

7. Changes or Cancellation by Us

​

We make every reasonable effort to operate tours as described. However, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, schedule, meeting point, or guide due to operational, safety, weather-related, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In the event that we are required to cancel a tour, participants will be offered, at our discretion:

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative date or tour of comparable value, subject to availability.

We shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants as a result of such changes or cancellation, except where required by law.

 

 

8. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time at the designated meeting point.

  • Following the guide’s instructions at all times.

  • Ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate.

  • Bringing appropriate clothing, footwear, and equipment as required.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

9. Health, Safety, and Risk Acknowledgment

​

Most tours may involve walking, hiking, travel, or other physical activities that carry inherent risks.

By booking and participating in a tour, you confirm that:

  • You are in suitable physical and medical condition to participate.

  • You understand that participation involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.

  • You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the guide.

Participants are responsible for assessing whether a tour is appropriate for their abilities and health condition.

10. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Participation in tours is at the participant’s own responsibility and risk.

  • We shall not be liable for loss or damage to personal property during the tour.

  • We shall not be liable for injury, illness, damage, or loss resulting from risks inherent in touring activities, provided that such damage was not caused by our negligence or breach of duty.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence,

  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under Israeli law

11. Insurance

​

We do not provide personal travel, medical, or accident insurance for participants.

Participants are strongly advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage prior to the tour.

12. Force Majeure

​

We shall not be considered in breach of these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, security situations, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics or other force majeure events.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date or appropriate refund, subject to applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

​

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and tour descriptions, is our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

14. User Conduct

​

Users agree not to:

  • Make fraudulent or false bookings.

  • Disrupt tours or behave abusively toward guides or other participants.

  • Use the Website for unlawful purposes.

15. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, and applicable regulations.

By using the Website and booking a tour, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect, store, and use personal information, including but not limited to name, contact details, and booking information, for the following purposes:

  • Processing bookings and payments

  • Providing tour services

  • Customer support and communication

  • Legal, accounting, and operational needs
